The current third-generation Myvi (launched in late 2017) marked a complete redesign compared to older models. Built on a new platform, it introduced sleeker styling, sharper lines, and a more spacious cabin. Standard features like LED headlights, push-start ignition, and fuel-saving tech such as Eco Idle made it feel far more modern than the previous generation. In 2021, the facelifted 3rd gen Myvi was launched with even more upgrades. The most notable change was the switch from a conventional 4-speed automatic to the new D-CVT transmission, improving fuel efficiency and driving smoothness. The ASA system was also updated to ASA 3.0, with better detection and more advanced functions, including adaptive cruise control in the higher AV variant. Styling was refreshed with a sportier bumper and grille design, making the facelift model look sharper and more premium.
