Premiums in this category rose to $45,012, seeing a $3,911 increase. These premiums are used for any vehicle type but end up being used mainly for larger cars.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">COEs for commercial vehicles, which include goods vehicles and buses, also closed higher in this round of bidding.
