These premiums are used for any vehicle type but end up being used mainly for larger cars.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">COEs for commercial vehicles, or Category C, which includes goods vehicles and buses, also closed higher in this round of bidding. Premiums in the category increased by $2,312, closing at $35,201.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">COE premiums in the Open Category, or Category E, unsurprisingly increased as well.
