Premiums in this category dropped to $49,001, seeing a $299 decrease. These premiums are used for any vehicle type but end up being used mainly for larger cars<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">However, COEs for commercial vehicles, which include goods vehicles and buses, closed with the highest increment in this round of bidding. Premiums in the category rose by $699, closing at $35,900.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">COE premiums in Open Category remained largely the same and experienced a slight decrease of $11.
