HDB Season Parking Renewal Guide<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n

As the most common type of HDB long-term parking, you\u2019re likely to find yourself applying for parking under this category. However, with high demand and a limited supply of parking spots, comes a priority system! Fortunately for HDB residents, you\u2019ll be taking the top priority so be rest assured that you won\u2019t have to fight tooth and nail with other groups to get your spot.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n

What You Should Do Before You Apply<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n

With all that out of the way, here\u2019s a simple table to see <\/span>if you\u2019re eligible to park, where you stand in terms of priority and when you should apply<\/b>! Do note that this table only applies to car parks with high occupancy.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\n\n\n\n\t\n\n\t\n\t\n\t

\nSeason parking sales are on a first-come, first-served basis. Motorists are highly encouraged to purchase their season parking once it is open for booking, as the season parking sales will be opened to other priority groups in the subsequent days.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
2nd Priority<\/td>Second and subsequent vehicles owned by flat owners\/ tenants\/ authorised occupiers\/ registered shop tenants<\/td>Starts from the 18th of the month and renewal is by electronic modes (i.e. e-Service via HDB InfoWEB, Mobile@HDB, AXS payment channels, GIRO or Recurring Payment by Credit Cards) only.

Surprisingly, for all you non-HDB residents, you\u2019re also allowed to apply for season parking! But in highly popular car parks, your endeavour for season parking might be in vain. If you\u2019re lucky enough and happen to live near a car park with low occupancy rates, you\u2019ll just need to book through the online channels on the first day of every month.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n
