Private Car License Plates<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\r\nLicense plates for private cars in Singapore all begin with S, and with the growing number of vehicles, has expanded to range from \u2018SA\u2019 to \u2018SY\u2019. Along with the use of \u2018S\u2019 car plates, private car plates have begun using the letter \u2018E\u2019, running all the way to \u2018EZ\u2019, which has been implemented until now and is still currently being used.\r\n

Taxi License Plates<\/strong><\/h2>\r\nEven though private cars in Singapore all have number plates begin with 'S', there is a certain number plate which can only be used by taxis, which is 'SH'.\r\n<\/span>\r\n

Other unique car number plates that are being used include:<\/h2>\r\nSBS:<\/strong> Buses operated by SBS Transit\r\n\r\nSMB:<\/strong> Buses operated by SMRT buses.\r\n\r\nSEP:<\/strong>\u00a0aka Singapore Elected President, it is the official state car for the nation.
