CARRO\u2019s investment of SGD75 million (Rp783.8 billion) , will see the company become a 50% shareholder of PT Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Rent (\u201cMPMRent\u201d).\r\n\r\nThis deal marks the start of a strategic partnership between MPMX, Indonesia\u2019s leading automotive, transportation and Southeast Asia\u2019s largest and fastest-growing automotive marketplace - CARRO to provide an end-to-end ecosystem for consumers in Indonesia, including online marketplace, financing, rental, repair and aftersales.
