    \r\n\r\nSINGAPORE, 18 JUNE 2020<\/strong> \u2013 Carro, Southeast Asia\u2019s largest automotive marketplace, today announced the launch of its contactless purchase service that enables Singaporeans to buy pre-owned vehicles with no face-to-face interaction. This offering is aimed at giving both buyers and sellers a safer option to trade used cars, in response to changes in customer behaviour caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.\r\n

    \r\n\r\nCarro\u2019s proposition is to offer certified pre-owned cars through a completely contactless purchase process. Buyers can browse and shop certified pre-owned cars on Carro\u2019s website and all interactions are powered by Carro\u2019s platform and pricing algorithms.\r\n

A detailed inspection report can be accessed via the company\u2019s portal at carro.sg so that customers can be assured of the quality of the vehicle before purchasing.\r\n

    \r\n\r\nTo address any buyers\u2019 remorse due to the lack of test drives, Carro offers a three-day return policy \u2013 allowing hassle-free returns if they are not satisfied with the purchase. For additional peace of mind, Carro provides a 30-day wear and tear guarantee, the first of its kind in Singapore. This gives customers access to the company\u2019s after-sales workshop facilities, which cover maintenance wear and tear that are not even covered under standard factory warranties.\r\n
