Cars in this category have a horsepower not exceeding 130bhp or 1,600cc and below.\r\n\r\nCategory B premiums, which are meant for cars that are larger and more powerful, fell the most and closed at $36,000.\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div>Premiums in the open category closed at $37,000 from $38,700.<\/div>\r\n<div><\/div>\r\n<div>Going down from $7,115 to $7,001, motorcycle premiums saw the smallest decline.<\/div>\r\n<div><\/div>\r\n<div>The only category of COEs that went up was for commercial vehicles, but with only a dollar difference.
