The premiums closed about 11%, or more then\u00a0$3,000 lower than the last exercise.\r\n\r\nFor premiums\u00a0Category B fell to $31,101 from $32,302. COE premiums in this category are\u00a0used for larger and more powerful vehicles.\r\n\r\nOpen Category premiums, which can be used for any vehicle type also closed lower in the latest bidding exercise. COE premiums closed at $30,959, down from $32,000.\r\n\r\nThere were a total of 6,950 bids received but only 5,045\u00a0COEs were available.\r\n\r\nSo what do you think will happen next?
