Premiums in this category are meant for cars that are 1,600cc and below with horsepower not exceeding 130bhp.\r\n\r\nAlso closing higher were premiums in Category B. In the latest round, the premiums closed almost $1,000 more at $35,403.\r\n\r\nThe biggest rise came in the Open category COEs.
