Premiums in this category are meant for cars 1,600cc and below with horsepower not exceeding 130bhp.\r\n\r\nLeading the drop were premiums in Category B. Going down $3,822 lower and closing at $35,906. These COE premiums are mainly used for larger and more powerful cars.\r\n\r\nAlso dropping by a good $2,602 were premiums in Open Category, closing at $39,400.
