Shifting by $5,406, premiums in this category closed at $39,406.\r\n\r\nFollowing Category A premiums in falling were COEs for commercial vehicles, going down to $24,599 from $25,089 in the previous bidding exercise.\r\n\r\nAdditionally, Open category COEs increased by almost $3,000, closing at $39,889 from $36,901.
