These premiums are meant for cars with 1,600cc and below with horsepower not exceeding 130bhp. Premiums in this category closed a whopping $6,058 higher at $32,725.\r\n\r\nPremiums for larger and more powerful cars in Category B also rose to $40,001 from $39,406.\r\n\r\nAlso increasing were Open category COEs. While these premiums can be used for any vehicle type, they end up being used mainly for large cars.
