\r\n\r\nCategory A cars, or those 1,600cc and below with horsepower not exceeding 130bhp, premiums closed at $31,917, down from $32,725 in the last exercise.\r\n\r\nPremiums for larger and more powerful cars in Category B fell to $38,602 from $40,001.\r\n\r\nCOEs for commercial vehicles, which include goods vehicles and buses, fell to $26,501 from $27,800 in the previous bidding exercise.\r\n\r\nOpen category COEs, which can be used for any vehicle type but end up being used mainly for large cars, fell to $40,002 from $40,512.\r\n\r\nThere was a total of 5,189 bids were received, with a quota of 3,495 COEs available.\r\n
