Premiums in this category fell to $36,000 from $37,900.\r\n\r\nCOEs for commercial vehicles, which include goods vehicles and buses, fell to $23,200 from $23,704 in the previous bidding exercise.\r\n\r\nOpen category COEs, which can be used for any vehicle type but end up being used mainly for large cars, fell to $37,989 from $38,889.\r\n\r\nThere were a total of 4,294 bids, but only a quota of 3,443 COEs available.\r\n\r\n<strong>With COE premiums falling this time around, it looks like it's a good time to <a href=\"https:\/\/carro.sg\/#trade-in-car\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">get your brand new car<\/a>.
