Carro Festive Sale Terms & Conditions

1. Trusty Cars Ltd is the organiser of this campaign promotion.
2. Conditions for eligibility: (1) Open to individuals aged 18 and above; (2) Must purchase a car from Carro during the campaign period; (3) Employees within the Trusty Cars Ltd group and their immediate family members are ineligible.
3. Campaign Period: 12–25 January 2026. All purchases made within this period qualify.
4. Promotions Applicability (the following categories of cars except Dongfeng cars):
   • Special Interest Rate – valid only for Brand New and CCPO cars.
   • Discounts on cars – valid only for CCPO cars.
   • Lucky Draw Prizes – valid only for Brand New and CCPO cars.
5. Lucky Draw Prizes range from a value of $18 to $2,888 and will be awarded randomly, and Carro’s decision on allocation is final. This is an instant lucky draw, where customers will enter the lucky draw upon making a deposit for their car and will draw one ping pong ball with a number corresponding to a prize on our prize list at the Carro showroom.
6. Cash Prizes will be paid via PayNow after the campaign ends and car handover is completed. 
7. Carro Care Credits will be issued to the Carro Care account matching the purchaser’s name, carplate, and contact number.
8. Prize Redemption: (1) Prizes must be claimed immediately upon acceptance of car ownership transfer; (2) Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable; (3) Substitutions may be made for items of equivalent value if necessary.
9. If unclaimed for 30 days, prizes will be forfeited. 
10. Conduct of Draw: (1) The draw will be conducted fairly and transparently; (2) Participants found violating the terms may be disqualified.
