myTukar Establishes New Inspection Branch in Selayang, Kuala Lumpur

Malaysia’s fastest growing used car marketplace, myTukar, has unveiled its fifth inspection outlet in the bustling township of Selayang in Kuala Lumpur. With the aim to provide nationwide coverage for their car selling service, myTukar aims to setup a total of 6 inspection centers by the end of the year, including the first outlet in Penang.

myTukar at Selayang is located beside Tesco Extra store and adjacent to Jalan Kuching, Batu Caves. The new outlet provides customers easy access, with café-styled waiting area and free Wi-Fi. In order to perform a more thorough inspection, myTukar at Selayang has a car hoist to perform undercarriage inspections. myTukar is the only car selling platform in the country to offer a hoist facility at its inspection centers.

myTukar prides itself as a one-stop solution for car sellers, from inspection to ownership transfer, promising a hassle-free process with instant payment and zero paperwork. Customers can schedule a free car evaluation at any five inspection centers located in KL, Selangor and Johor, where myTukar’s inspectors will appraise a customer’s  car and provide an offer on the spot. Customers will have the option to choose for nationwide bidding, where the car will be put up for a 5-hour bidding session. During the 5-hour window, myTukar’s 1,400 used car dealer network will bid for cars at myTukar.com. When a customer accepts offer, all paperwork will be handled by myTukar and payment is done via online bank transfer instantly during ownership transfer at any outlet.
